One of our most serious issues is that we are perpetually stuck in the past. Just let it go; it's already been completed. It won't make a difference to think about it. Thinking will just waste your time and bring back all those awful FEELINGS you "thought" you had when that situation actually occurred. WHAT IS MOST HARD WHEN STARTING ALL OVER?
